Detaillierte Informationen zu der Auswahl dieses spezifischen Vorgehens werden in dem entsprechenden Absatz aufgezeigt. Abschließend kommt es zu einer Diskussion der gewonnen Erkenntnisse und zusätzlich zu einer Ableitung spezifischer Handlungsempfehlungen, welche an den Umgang mit der digitalen Transformation in dem Kontext von Human Resources gerichtet sind.
