Das Ziel dieser Arbeit besteht darin, die Ursachen des demografischen Wandels in Deutschland und dessen Auswirkungen auf die Kunden und Mitarbeiter eines Handelsunternehmens darzustellen. Dabei wird zun chst auf die Auswirkungen bez glich der Bev lkerungsstruktur eingegangen.
