Download or read book Cycle of 9 written by Aditi Ghosh and published by Independently Published. This book was released on 2021-02-17 with total page 270 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In my first book, "All is One", I introduced you to some of the very basic details of your Personality Chart through which you could have a peek into the most important qualities of your mind or someone else's mind. I explained to you how important it is to be in control of all these qualities, because if you don't take charge, they will begin to control you. In this book, I would like to take this understanding one step further. I would introduce you to your Progressive Chart through which you will be able to understand the momentum of time that you will have to deal with. This book will deal with the domain which is outside your area of control. However, by expanding your control over your internal domain, you can manage to swim with the incoming current from outside. You can choose to adapt with them in a way that comes natural to you.
Download or read book Thermodynamics written by Sanford Klein and published by Cambridge University Press. This book was released on 2011-10-10 with total page 1101 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book differs from other thermodynamics texts in its objective, which is to provide engineers with the concepts, tools, and experience needed to solve practical real-world energy problems. The presentation integrates computer tools (such as EES) with thermodynamic concepts to allow engineering students and practising engineers to solve problems they would otherwise not be able to solve. The use of examples, solved and explained in detail, and supported with property diagrams that are drawn to scale, is ubiquitous in this textbook. The examples are not trivial, drill problems, but rather complex and timely real-world problems that are of interest by themselves. As with the presentation, the solutions to these examples are complete and do not skip steps. Similarly the book includes numerous end-of-chapter problems, both typeset and online. Most of these problems are more detailed than those found in other thermodynamics textbooks. The supplements include complete solutions to all exercises, software downloads, and additional content on selected topics. These are available on the book's website www.cambridge.org/KleinandNellis.

Book Synopsis The Emergence of Organizations and Markets by : John F. Padgett
Download or read book The Emergence of Organizations and Markets written by John F. Padgett and published by Princeton University Press. This book was released on 2012-10-14 with total page 607 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The social sciences have sophisticated models of choice and equilibrium but little understanding of the emergence of novelty. Where do new alternatives, new organizational forms, and new types of people come from? Combining biochemical insights about the origin of life with innovative and historically oriented social network analyses, John Padgett and Walter Powell develop a theory about the emergence of organizational, market, and biographical novelty from the coevolution of multiple social networks. In the short run, they argue, actors make relations, but in the long run, they argue, actors make actors. Organizational novelty arises from spillover across intertwined networks, which tips reproducing biographical and production flows. This theory is developed through formal deductive modeling and through a wide range of careful and original historical case studies, ranging from early capitalism and state formation, to the transformation of communism, to the emergence of contemporary biotechnology and Silicon Vally. -- from back cover.
