L'ouvrage interroge les définitions des notions de contrefaçon et de falsification, leur éventuelle coïncidence et/ou dissemblance. Il propose une réflexion sur l'efficacité des textes récemment adoptés au regard des objectifs réellement visés (de santé publique) : l'arsenal apparaît certes fourni, mais est-il pour autant suffisamment dissuasif, bien adapté à ce phénomène qui s'amplifie et menace gravement la santé publique ?
