Por otro lado, el Dircom debe estar preparado para responder ante una posible crisis que pueda afectar la imagen y la reputación de la organización. Prepararse en este tema es indispensable para este alto ejecutivo que con el paso del tiempo se ha afianzado en la gestión empresarial. Pere Soler Pujals es director del Máster de Dirección de Comunicación Empresarial e Institucional (DCEI).
