Infine, la Guida si sofferma sulle opposizioni alle cartelle esattoriali e sulle sanzioni accessorie (sequestro amministrativo, fermo e confisca del veicolo, ritiro o sospensione della patente, decurtazione punti). In ogni capitolo sono presenti formulari e fac-simile di atti (ricorsi al Prefetto e al Giudice di Pace, ricorsi amministrativi atipici, opposizioni particolari), utili e chiari schemi esemplificativi. Completa la trattazione una serie di questioni risolte basate su una casistica reale.
