Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: How would you feel if, when talking to your pets, you could listen to their reply? Here is a record of conversations between the authors—both of whom were trained by the celebrated animal telepath Amelia Kinkade—and their friends of other species that developed into a miraculous narrative of birth and rearing of kittens in a family of cats. Hilarious in parts and at times heart-searingly sad, you may be encouraged by the end of this book to tune in and listen to animals for yourself. “I have learned from my experience that consciousness is non-local and that through it we can communicate with our deeper wisdom with other living things. This book demonstrates how this can happen, how close the emotional life of our beloved animals is to our own, and how wise these beautiful creatures can be who share our planet.” — Bernie Siegel, MD; bestselling author of Faith, Hope & Healing and A Book of Miracles “This is such a unique and entertaining insight into the private life of animals that it would be a crime not to read it for yourself!” — Brigid Gordon, CEO, Partners in Crime Books; animal lover “This is an invitation with the permission of the cats themselves to journey into the magical world of animal communication—a rare opportunity!” — Maria Grachvogel, couturiere; cat owner

Book excerpt: Irresistibly drawn to mysteries, if only to debunk them, reporter Lionel Page exposes supernatural frauds, swindlers, and charlatans. His latest case is an obsession--at least for an ancient and wealthy heiress: verify the authenticity of a lost Edgar Allan Poe manuscript circulating through New York City's literary underworld. But the shrewd Regina Dunkle offers more than money. It's a pact. Fulfill her request, and Lionel's own notorious buried past, one he's been running from since he was a child, will remain hidden. As Lionel's quest begins, so do the warnings. And where rare books go, murder follows. It's only when Lionel meets enigmatic stranger Madison Hannah, his personal usher into the city's secret history, that he realizes he's being guided by a force more powerful than logic...and that he isn't just following a story. He is the story. Now that the true purpose of his mission is revealing itself in the most terrifying ways, it may finally be time for Lionel to believe in the unbelievable.

Book excerpt: Not everyone has a dream, but everyone who has a dream wants to know what it means! This book helps you get to the meaning in a way that has YOUR signature on it. Many dreams are personal and have their own signature, a language all its own. Find your signature and find out what your dreams are saying to you. This book is simple in nature but powerful in application. It is designed to take with you and refer to when you need it. To guide you into that meaning and interpretation in a way that cause you to know you are doing all you can do to get to the right road, to be the best you can be! Jesus said to his disciples at times, “It is I, be not afraid.” Sometimes dreams can be intimidating, this book breaks things down in an everyday way so you can hear what the message is, what God is saying. Genesis 40:8 says God is the interpreter of dreams, but He uses man to convey what He is saying. In a world of increasing dreams and visions I pray this book inspires you to dig a little deeper to find the meaning of your dreams.

Book excerpt: "A precious gem to treasure and keep-these poems follow a meandering journey of the soul; delicate and thought provoking observations from life weaving stories of laughter, love, passion and healing all the way through." - Maria Grachvogel, dress designer "A great book that everyone will want to read. It would be a crime not to own a copy " - Brigid Gordon, Director, Partners In Crime Thriller Book Club Volumes of poetry nowadays frequently offer dark, tortured and twisted images and call that "the real world." The collection of poems found in Eternal Sparrow offers something quite different. They are a celebration of the beauty and the fun of life. They bask in the glorious presence of the natural world. They embrace the notion that the "real world" is what you make it and manifest that belief in rich, expressive language. With a love of language and of life, the poems of prize-winning author Ingrid Collins are communicative, accessible and entertaining. Drawing from the traditional poetry forms of many nations and masterfully illustrated by artist Giovanna Cellini, the Eternal Sparrow of the title is a metaphor for the power of poetry and love to erase time and distance, touching your imagination and warming your heart now. Ingrid brings her passion for poetry to life with an absorbing collection of breathtaking beauty, heartfelt emotion and delicious nonsense. Author Bio: Ingrid Collins is a consultant psychologist, registered spiritual healer, feng shui master, writer and broadcaster, who runs her private practice in Harley Street, London's famous district of healthcare excellence. She is also the Director of The Soul Therapy Centre, a training clinic for healers and therapists. She lives with her husband, Nick, and two cats in England in a hundred year old Art Nouveau house in a lovely, leafy area of North London called Muswell Hill.

Book excerpt: There have been greater advances in our knowledge of the visual function and its disabilities in the past 50 years than had accumulated in all of the previous years. This applies not only to the basic science of biochemistry, physiology, physiopathology, and cytopathology but also to the diagnosis and treatment of visual dysfunction and ocular disease. These advances have been aided by a proliferation of ingenious instruments. When I began my residency in ophthalmology at The Wilmer Institute in 1938, one was supposed to learn not only the physiology of vision but also how to diagnose and treat all phases of ophthalmology including disabilities of the orbit, sclera, retina, lens, and cornea. In addition he or she was supposed to understand neuro-ophthalmology, ophthalmic genetics, and so-called uveitis. It soon became evident that no one could adequately comprehend all of these areas and, therefore, most young trainees today take a year or two of fel lowship in a specialized area following their three-to five-year residency train ing. Following this they join a group of other ophthalmologists and specialize. Thus, they become more expert in the diagnosis and treatment in a limited area in ophthalmology. When I returned to The Wilmer Institute in 1955 as Head of the Department I was the only full-time member of the staff. To date we have some 28 full-time ophthalmologists working in highly specialized areas of our institution.
