Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: At the Feet of the Master was the first book published by Jiddu Krishnamurti. Written when he was 14 under the name "Alcyone" and published in 1910, it has been translated into 40 languages. There has been some debate over whether the author was Krishnamurti or his mentor C.W. Leadbeater. Krishnamurti never said that he wrote the work, and in the foreword he says: "These are not my own words but of the Master who taught me." He was referring to Leadbeater's claim that the Master Kuthumi was releasing the instruction to the young boy during the night while he was asleep. The book is considered a theosophical classic.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is merely a record of talks by Mr. Charles W. Leadbeater and myself on three famous books – books small in size but great in contents. We both hope that they will prove useful to aspirants, and even to those above that stage, since the talkers were older than the listeners, and had more experience in the life of discipleship. The talks were not given at one place only; we chatted to our friends at different times and places, chiefly at Adyar, London and Sydney. A vast quantity of notes were taken by the listeners. All that were available of these were collected and arranged. They were then condensed, and repetitions were eliminated. Unhappily there were found to be very few notes on The Voice of the Silence, Fragment I, so we have utilized notes made at a class held by our good colleague, Mr. Ernest Wood, in Sydney, and incorporated these into Bishop Leadbeater’s talks in that section. No notes of my own talks on this book were available; though I have spoken much upon it, those talks are not recoverable. None of these talks have been published before, except some of Bishop Leadbeater’s addresses to selected students on At the Feet of the Master. A book entitled Talks on At the Feet of the Master was published a few years ago, containing imperfect reports of some of these talks of his. That book will not be reprinted; the essential material in it finds its place here, carefully condensed and edited. May this book help some of our younger brothers to understand more of these priceless teachings. The more they are studied and lived, the more will be found in them. — Annie Besant

H. P. Blavatsky, founder of the Theosophical Society, set down her own guide to the spiritual life in the mystic and poetic masterpiece The Voice of the Silence. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The story of a man who, for 12 years, lived at the feet of the most controversial spiritual Master of our age: Osho. The author is one of the few European disciples who had the good fortune and the courage to stay with Osho through a series of tumultuous events, both in India and particularly in the United States. Life with the Master was unpredictable, insecure and chaotic, as Osho was creating new challenges for his disciples on a daily basis. While describing this adventurous journey, Dr Azima also sheds light on contemporary spirituality and presents a seven-step path for seekers. This is a powerful story, a deeply devotional book and a must-read for any spiritual seeker. Dr AzimaV. Rosciano studied medicine in Italy, obtaining his M.D. in Medicine &Surgery at the University of Palermo in 1977. After a short period of working in conventional hospitals in Sicily, he left Europe, travelling overland to India. Once in India, he met Osho, immediately became a disciple, and remained with him until the mystic's death in 1990. Transformed by this experience, Azima returned to the medical profession, and soon became one of Italy'smost recognised and respected homeopathic doctors. Since then, he has published two books on medicine and two CDs of music therapy, as well as many articles in various magazines. He also has given several interviews on radio and television about the relationship between medicine and meditation.

This book was released on 2014-04-01 with total page 134 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: When the truths set forth in this book were revealed to me by the Master they deeply affected my life, and some of them have been used by me in my sermons and addresses in Europe, America, Africa, Australia, and Asia. At the request of many friends I have now gathered them together in this little book, and though it is possible that there are defects in setting them forth, I am sure that those who read them with prayer and an unprejudiced mind will benefit from them as I have. Sundar Singh was born into a Sikh family. His mother took him to sit at the feet of a sadhu while also sending him to Ewing Christian High School. Upon her death when he was fourteen he took out his anger on missionaries, persecuted Christian converts, and ridiculed their faith. Sundar resolved to kill himself but had a vision of Jesus and resolved to follow Christ. He was then denounced by his father and his brother attempted to poison him.
