Traditionally, the first one is concentrating the reader’s attention on the internal aspects of the organization’s functioning as an object of research. The authors used an analogical (bibliometric) approach to examine trends in publishing for the concept of learning organizations. Slightly different from the other articles, though set in this section, there is an article referring to the organizational pathology.
