Heller" of 2008, that ultimately guaranteed an individual's right to own firearms without any connection to a militia. Another chapter will focus on gun control laws and provide a comparison between the United States and other developed countries. Furthermore, this chapter will give an insight into the perception of the Second Amendment within American society and discusses current gun control policies.
