Dicht gefolgt von einer Ursache und Wirkungsanalyse werden verschiedene Konzepte, Denkmodelle und Maßnahmen detailliiert beschrieben, um den zuküftigen Umgang mit Krankheitsfällen, insbesondere mit Burn-Out Betroffenen, erfolgreich zu meistern. Um die Arbeit vollständig abzurunden werden zuletzt Handlungsalternativen aufgezeigt und mit einem persönlichen Fazit begleitet.
