Afin d'évaluer les performances de ces politiques, des modèles analytiques utilisant différentes techniques : markovienne, réseaux d'automates stochastiques, résolution numérique par calcul direct (gth) ou par décomposition (kms) et des modèles de simulation à évènements discrets montrent que ces politiques respectent les contraintes imposées par les organismes de normalisation
