Some of tales were published previously. One won a national prize and another reveals facts that weren't printable in the original story, written by this book's author, which appeared in Time Magazine in 1969.

Tetrahedron – Many curious things can happen, if one tries to talk to oneself deeply. Especially, if oneself is a community. (The reader will find out why) A better life? - This lifetime's sorrows are extended beyond life and return thirsty for more. Ghosts in the attic – Along with "His match" and "The wind and the dogs" are the oldest triad of stories in this book.
