The Rt. Rev. Benjamin Tredwell Onderdonk, D. D., Bishop of New York, appeared as Respondent. The Rt. Rev. the Bishop of Illinois read Morning Prayer. On motion of the Rt. Rev. the Assistant Bishop of Virginia, it was Resolved, That the number of Bishops required by the Canon to constitute a Court being present, the senior Bishop be requested to act as their presiding officer.
