Analysis of the U.A.E. and Philippines case studies include detailed discussions on how differing cultural practices and beliefs relate to organizational conditions. A qualitative analysis using a case study approach is conducted with a ?critical incident? as the main unit of analysis. Each incident is categorized into incident and pre-incident organizational conditions. Incident organizational conditions are conditions that are present on the day of a specific operation.
