An index to the work itself may also be found at the end of the volume and to increase still further the facilities for reference, I have prefixed to the volume an analysis of the several chapters and sections. The authorities, and cases adjudicated by the courts, are brought down to the latest published reports and the imten tion has been to include all the authorities and cases found in the reports of this State bearing upon the subjects considered.
