In special, when the family is one low income family and low educational level background, parents will beed to work, so they will neglect to teach whose sons or daughters to know whether they ought how to learn easily, which wil be one correct or right learning attitude to learn by themselves successfully. They will neglect and lack useful educational recommendation to compare education cost, future economic and non-economic eduational benefits and learning attitude and opinion methods and the suitable courses and teaching books contents opinions to let whose their sons and/or daughters to know how to learn effectively by themselves, instead of school teaching method. So, these students' parents' lacking useful learning recommendation or negligent education learning recommendaton behaviors which will also cause the low income family students to build " discouraged hard learning attitude" to let them to raise interest to learn any more new knowledge persuasively. Hence, disappointing or poor or negative learning attidude or emotion to the student's feeling , this factor must not raise the student individual interest to learn in the school. Otherwise, positive or good learning emotion or attitude will influcence the student to raise learning interest to continue to learn in the school consequently. hence, schools ought not neglect to improve students to build positive learning emotion or attitude habitually in order to raise whose interest to learn in the school more easily.
