Book excerpt: The Bible written by over forty authors took over four thousand years to complete. Then in 1227 and 1551, Stephen Langton and Robertus Stephanus, two revered and distinguished gentlemen who lived over three hundred years apart, inserted into the script of the Bible the chapters and verses that we know and use today. Wherefrom and how they got the numbers remains a mystery. It has always been assumed that these numbers are random and purely for the convenience of Bible readers -- that is, until now. The Bible chapter and verse numbers are not only inspired, they are Jesus Christ's own creation that have gradually, stealthily, systematically, and for over seven centuries been carefully crafted into the Bible to form part of the Seven Seals of the Book of God seen by Saint John in Revelation 5:1. This Numeric Scripture sealed inside the Bible is the conclusive and written proof of God's existence written by God Himself. The Cephas Code of Christ reveals the Cephas Code 16∓3, also known as the Sign of Jonah, that was promised by Jesus to the Pharisees and ultimately unveils the redeeming six-word message from God to mankind divinely wrapped within the twenty-five-word Golden Verse of JOHN 3:16. This book just about wraps up the Bible.

Book excerpt: Warning: This is an independent addition to The Emmaus Code, meant to enhance your experience of the original book. If you have not yet bought the original copy, make sure to purchase it before buying this unofficial summary from aBookaDay. INTRODUCTION David Limbaugh begins his introduction with the story of the trial of the Apostle Paul, a former Jew and ardent persecutor of Christians, who converted to Christianity. After his conversion, Paul ministered to Gentiles but also had an enduring love for Jews, and therefore decides to visit Jerusalem at the end of his third missionary journey, where he is accused of blasphemy and defiling the Jewish Temple by bringing Gentiles into it. Beaten, arrested by Roman authorities, and standing on trial before Governor Felix in Caesarea, Paul gives a speech that proclaims his faith in Christ and also declares common ground with the Jews. Paul goes on to affirm his belief in the Old Testament Scripture of the Jews and insists that according to "the Way" (Christianity), he still worships the God of the Jewish fathers, and is indeed preaching the truth of "the Law" and the Prophets (whom his accusers accept)- that there will be a resurrection from the dead of both the just and unjust. Two years later, in prison, an investigation gives Paul the opportunity to again stress his innocence by decidedly affirming the Jewish religion, saying "nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would come to pass...that the Christ must suffer and that by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles" (Acts 26:22). Paul is sent to a prison in Rome where he continues to evangelize visitors, writes his Prison Epistles (Ephesians, Colossians, Philemon, and Philippians), and according to Christian tradition, died as a martyr. It is the goal of the author with this book, as he explains after the story of Paul, to demonstrate that with the benefit of later revelations, we can see truths in Scriptures that weren't evident to people in Old Testament times. The author explains how he had first studied the Bible and struggled with understanding the big picture, especially the Old Testament. Over time he took a more systematic approach to studying it, and became more comfortable with the material. He soon desired to share what he had learned and attempted to publish a primer, but failed. After his work on the Christian apologetical book, Jesus on Trial, which he found to be the most satisfying of his career, the author became excited to work on one that would help others to understand how "just as the Old Testament is foundational to the New, our basic understanding of the Old Testament is crucial to our comprehension of how Christ dominates its pages." The Emmaus Code is that book, and the author believes that "decoding the Emmaus road"- the hidden dialogue of the resurrected Christ with the two men on the road to Emmaus, is the key to understanding the entirety of Scripture.Limbaugh describes the format of The Emmaus Code and how it is written for the layperson- that he begins with a historical summary that outlines "the flow" of the Old Testament. Next, he outlines prophecy, typology, and covenants, among other evidence, that point to Jesus Christ of the New Testament. He emphasizes recurring themes that are consistent across different contexts and settings; particularly those that focus upon the people of Israel, who repeatedly disobey and sin against God, but to whom God consistently bestows blessings upon when they are obedient and faithful. The author stresses that The Emmaus Code is a primer, which like a study guide, can enhance biblical understanding; and hopes that his enthusiasm for the Bible is contagious.Available on PC, Mac, smart phone, tablet or Kindle device. Book excerpt: Discover the secret Joshua gave the Israelites for prosperity and success. The Israelites finally had land and the opportunity to start anew. Their leader, Joshua, spoke wisely about how to follow God's law and how to be successful. Joshua 1:8 says, "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success." The Joshua CodeTM is a challenge to keep the Word in our mouths through memorization and in our hearts through meditation "day and night." The fifty-two chapters in this volume are designed to lead you on a yearlong journey by spending each week memorizing and meditating on one Scripture verse so that it becomes a living part of your very being. Topics include grace, temptation, the three levels of prayer, fruit of the spirit, and more. The outlines in each chapter can also be used by the busy pastor or Bible teacher for guiding their members. God's Word is powerful and profitable when studied and applied by anyone, the young and the seasoned believer alike. "You will both enjoy and profit from reading The Joshua Code. His emphasis upon the importance of Scripture memorization vibrates once more the lost chord of hiding God's Word in your heart." - Dr. John Edmund Haggai, Founder and CEO, Haggai Institute "The Joshua Code literally cracks the code that every leader struggles with: In these uncertain times, with uncertain outcomes, how can a leader put first things first? The example of Joshua memorizing and meditating on God's Word moves us from success to significance. Most of all, the emphasis on Scripture memory fits in perfectly with our matrix at Student Leadership University that you will be the same person five years from now, except for the books you read, the people you meet, the places you go, and the things you memorize." - Dr. Jay Strack, President & Founder, Student Leadership University "The Joshua Code is impacting our whole church as we memorize the Scriptures together. Each week the Scripture verse appears in our announcements and on Sunday evenings the verse is recited as a group and the devotional thoughts are read then discussed. This is bringing us together as a family around the Word of God." - Dr. Thomas Sherwood, Long Falls Church, Carthage, New York "Whether on the football field or the field of life you need a playbook. My friend, O.S. Hawkins' new book, The Joshua Code, is a great resource in understanding the 52 verses every believer should know. I read it regularly in my own devotions and enthusiastically recommend it to my family, friends and fans." - Roger Staubach, NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Explosive evidence that Bible codes point to the life of Christ! When Ed Sherman, a mathematician with 30 years of experience, and Nathan Jacobi, an Israeli physicist, set out to debunk claims that there were mysterious codes in the Hebrew Old Testament, they could not have envisioned the startling conclusions they would reach. As Dr. Jacobi, an agnostic Jew, looked for lengthy Hebrew codes about Christ, repeatedly he discovered compelling excerpts from the life of the man from Nazareth. Time and again Dr. Jacobi found that one-or two-word codes were actually part of much longer encoded sentences that echoed the Gospel accounts. Moreover, these encoded sentences were extensively embedded in two passages most widely regarded as prophecies of the crucifixion of Christ (Isaiah 53 and Psalms 22). Bible Code Bombshellsets forth startling new evidence that code sequences in Scripture are irrefutable evidence of a Divine hand. In this highly readable book, Sherman offers both skeptics and believers a gold mine of information that will prompt much thinking about the origins of the Bible. Unlike other Bible code books, this unique book features codes that are phrases and sentences, and not just one-or two-word codes. The only code book by researchers that are internationally recognized mathematicians and statistical experts Responds directly and accurately to Bible code critics

Book excerpt: The Lord has revealed Himself to mankind in many ways—through visions, as a burning bush, and through His Son. Now He's revealing Himself through codes. Lord of the Codes alerts the Bible-believing public to the research that is being conducted to decipher the messages that are encoded within the text of the Holy Bible. Many of these messages relate to prophesy concerning last-day events. This information is communicated using a method that is out of the common order of things and contrary to human planning. The method was prophesied accurately more than one hundred years ago in the writings of a gifted servant of the Lord, Ellen G. White. Author David Bell demonstrates the resolute connection between the Holy Bible, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Bible code, and the Latter Rain.

Their claims have been hailed by many as a new revelation from God. But does The Bible Code hold up to scrutiny? In this well-researched response, best-selling authors John Weldon and Clifford Wilson explain the mechanics of the code in layman's terms, examining its use and message. The authors show how simple it is to manipulate words to create almost any message, and how the core themes presented in The Bible Code are consistent with the teachings of most cults.

Book excerpt: Immanuel Code is a Bible reference guide that explains New Testament Scriptures about Jesus Christ and faith through the analysis of prophetic Old Testament Bible passages. An example of such Old Testament Scripture is a passage in the book of Esther, where the king accepts Queen Esther by offering her a golden scepter, which symbolizes Jesus as God’s righteous scepter extended by grace to save the world. Similarly, passages from the books of Daniel, Joel, and Revelation are analyzed to reveal future events about Jesus. In analyzing New Testament Scripture, Cheree Mitchem has spent eight years researching prophetic Bible passages about Jesus in the Old Testament by using keyword searches and other research techniques. Ms. Mitchem uses an online version of the King James Bible to examine relevant scriptures to interpret their spiritual meaning and intent.

Book excerpt: In the Heart of the Earth: The Secret Code that Reveals What is in the Heart of the Earth by Ray Foucher takes a different look at Matt 12:39-40 where Jesus mentioned "the sign of Jonah." This was not a sign that He was the Messiah - there were many signs given of that. It was a sign of something quite different and quite unique; remember, it was the only sign of it's sort to be given. This book asks and answers some intriguing questions about the timing and circumstances of the resurrection of Jesus. It has profound implications for our understanding of the significance of Jesus' "three days and three nights in the heart of the earth" and for His resurrection including that of Sunday sacredness. It will both challenge and encourage you to study for yourself to see if these things are so.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: W. E. Best is a Baptist pastor and an excellent teacher of the Bible. The author chose this title (not to sin) to describe the Christ because it expresses the divine truth that Christ could not sin for the reason that as God He was perfectly holy, and as man He was perfectly holy. "Holiness is far more than the absence of sin; it is positive virtue. The Lord Jesus could not sin because the days of His flesh meant only addition of experience, not variation of character. Holy humanity was united to Holy Deity in one indivisible Person, the impeccable Christ." It could not be otherwise, else, the holy Deity would have been defiled by any unholiness in the human flesh. This book slays completely Satan's lie which says that Christ was human, therefore, He "could have sinned, but did not." Yes, He was "tempted (tried) in all respects according to [our] likeness, apart from sin." However, the trial, or test, was to demonstrate His perfect holiness, that regardless of stress or trial, it was impossible for Him to sin. In short but powerful sentences, the author comprehends the mysterious and marvelous Person who is the Christ. He covers such pregnant subjects as The Eternal Son of God; The Son Declares the Father; The Mystery of Godliness; The Incarnation; the Virgin Birth; Christ's Human Nature; Christ's Human Soul; Christ's Human Growth; Christ's Baptism; Christ's Temptation; Christ's Impeccable Life; The God-approved Man; Christ's Prayer Life; The Drawing Power of Christ; Christ's Discriminating Message; Christ's Miracles; Christ's Death; Christ's Headship; and, Christ's Kingship.

Have our scholars learned everything there is to know about the Bible? Has God really hidden truth in his Word for our time? Are you ready for what will happen next in the schedule of cosmic events? Get ready for the journey of a lifetime through the hidden mysteries of the Word of God. Solomon put it so well when he wrote, Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding (Prov. 4:7). But do wisdom and understanding just drop into our laps, or do we have to take some sort of action to acquire them? This book will provide an amazing new understanding of Jesuss teachings on salvation and eternity, as well as other Bible prophecy specific to the times in which we now live. You dont have to fear what comes next. When you apply The Basileia Code to the prophecies of old, you will begin to unlock new meaning in the messages recorded in the Word of God thousands of years ago. Jesus made it clear that salvation is free and easy to receive. But if this is true, why does it seem there are so many mandates to follow in order to stay saved? Where do my works fit in? What is the meaning of this life in relation to eternity? In other words, why am I here? What really happens when this temporal existence is over? How can I prepare myself in this life for my place in the next?

Book excerpt: "Christian Code" is an attempt to consolidate and codify by subject matter all the laws of the Bible-all the teachings of Jesus, all the commandments of Moses, all the fruit, virtues, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, all the saintly disciplines and sacraments, the many popular catechisms (Jewish, Catholic, Reformed, etc.), significant works of religious literature (Augustine, Maimonides, Aquinas, Luther, etc.), and most importantly, the scripture itself-into a single volume. The intent is to help the reader better understand the law-where it comes from, why it is there, what it means, and how to obey it-and facilitate this in a practical way by arranging the laws as one would an officially regulated legal document (e.g. the "United States Code") with identification numbers for each law, multiple levels and categories of law, table listings, internal and external references, and scholarly notes. The resulting 539 page codex contains 12 titles, 52 chapters, 613 sections, 4169 verses, and 918 footnotes. A scripture index is included in the back.
