Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Creation Cries Out! is the first book in The Original Revelation series. The 14 books in The Original Revelation clearly define the great deception, the false religion, the false messiah, the true Messiah, the Kingdom of God (Yahuah), and the renewed covenant. In this first book Creation Cries Out! we begin our search for the truth with a journey back to Creation to define the message written in the stars by our Creator Yahuah. We reclaim that message to His Glory. We will take a critical look at the origin of mankind, the fall of the angelic realm, myths of the gods that rules over humanity, myths of giants, myths of vampires, and more to help us understand the world in which our ancient ancestors lived. A world communicated throughout the Ages using Mythology as their means of communication. We'll look at the truth behind the myths. We'll explain the origin of the many "solar messiahs" throughout history, and much more. Creation Cries Out! 3rd Edition - The book of the Mazzaroth, is the most complete book ever written on what the Bible calls the Mazzaroth and what we today call the Zodiac. It is the Heavenly Scroll and source of all the prophets in the Bible. In the Mazzaroth the Plan of Salvation is laid out by the Creator and the Messiah's role is defined. In the Mazzaroth, we find the first prophesies of: - The Sabbath - The Ages of mankind - The first and second comings of the Messiah - The Messiah ben Joseph (suffering servant) - The Messiah ben David (conquering King) - The Fall and Spring Feast Cycles of Yahuah - The Wedding Portrait, the Bride and Bridegroom - The Two Houses of Israel - The source of all pagan kings and "Christs" - The age of individual life (70 years) ... and much more. In this book I explain how Yahuah used the Zodiac to witness the Gospel to all the prophets, Abraham, the Galatians, Sha'ul (Paul the Apostle), and John the revelator. I explain in detail the visions of Ezekiel, Daniel, and John in Revelation and how they were told to "Behold! The Heavenly Scroll" and described the Enoch Zodiac in great detail. I explain how the Mazzaroth/Zodiac is the real meaning behind the English word "heaven". I bring to light many scriptures throughout the Bible that are specifically speaking of the Zodiac/Heavenly Scroll. In this book, difficult concepts are explained in plain English. I address the question "does the Bible condemn the Zodiac, or proclaim it?" What is "divination", what is the difference between a Prophet and a Soothsayer? What is Astrology and is there a righteous example of it? This book is 430 pages of fully illustrated and well defined Truth that has alluded mankind since the creation of man. I explain how the message in the Zodiac has been perverted and the Battle of the Ages between the Truth of the Creator and sun worship comes down to the Zodiac. The false messiah is defined by the corrupted message found in the Zodiac. The True Messiah is the fulfillment of the Original Revelation from Yahuah to all mankind found written in the stars. This book lays the foundation for The Original Revelation Series.

Book excerpt: NAMED A MOST ANTICIPATED BOOK IN ESSENCE MAGAZINE, THE MILLIONS AND BOOKISH "Don't Cry for Me is a perfect song."—Jesmyn Ward A Black father makes amends with his gay son through letters written on his deathbed in this wise and penetrating novel of empathy and forgiveness, for fans of Ta-Nehisi Coates, Robert Jones Jr. and Alice Walker As Jacob lies dying, he begins to write a letter to his only son, Isaac. They have not met or spoken in many years, and there are things that Isaac must know. Stories about his ancestral legacy in rural Arkansas that extend back to slavery. Secrets from Jacob's tumultuous relationship with Isaac's mother and the shame he carries from the dissolution of their family. Tragedies that informed Jacob's role as a father and his reaction to Isaac's being gay. But most of all, Jacob must share with Isaac the unspoken truths that reside in his heart. He must give voice to the trauma that Isaac has inherited. And he must create a space for the two to find peace. With piercing insight and profound empathy, acclaimed author Daniel Black illuminates the lived experiences of Black fathers and queer sons, offering an authentic and ultimately hopeful portrait of reckoning and reconciliation. Spare as it is sweeping, poetic as it is compulsively readable, Don't Cry for Me is a monumental novel about one family grappling with love's hard edges and the unexpected places where hope and healing take flight.

This book was released on 2017-11-06 with total page 246 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: First Enoch is an ancient Judean work that inaugurated the genre of apocalypse. Chapters 1-36 tell the story of the descent of angels called "Watchers" from heaven to earth to marry human women before the time of the flood, the chaos that ensued, and God's response. They also relate the journeying of the righteous scribe Enoch through the cosmos, guided by angels. Heaven, including the place and those who dwell there (God, the angels, and Enoch), plays a central role in the narrative. But how should heaven be understood? Existing scholarship, which presupposes "Judaism" as the appropriate framework, views the Enochic heaven as reflecting the temple in Jerusalem, with God's house replicating its architecture and the angels and Enoch functioning like priests. Yet recent research shows the Judeans constituted an ethnic group, and this view encourages a fresh examination of 1 Enoch 1-36. The actual model for heaven proves to be a king in his court surrounded by his courtiers. The major textual features are explicable in this perspective, whereas the temple-and-priests model is unconvincing. The author was a member of a nontemple, scribal group in Judea that possessed distinctive astronomical knowledge, promoted Enoch as its exemplar, and was involved in the wider sociopolitical world of their time.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Our theology does not exist in a vacuum but must relate to the world we inhabit and must influence our moral and ethical actions. This is especially true when discussing theology of "the land" in the context of a violent territorial conflict. The Holy Land has seen so much bloodshed that the earth itself is crying out to God. The chapters presented in this book form a unique collection of voices speaking from different perspectives on the issue of the theology of the land. These voices include Messianic Jewish and Palestinian Christian theologians and scholars who live in the Holy Land, as well as others from around the world. The various chapters reflect a wide spectrum of opinion and reveal how much disagreement still exists among followers of Christ. However, the dialogue generated by having these opposing voices side by side, speaking to each other rather than past each other, is encouraging. This book is both challenging and inspirational, and contributes in an innovative way to this important discussion.

Raven Grimassi explores the realm of the ancestors and the role of reincarnation in the soul's relationship to ancestral lineage. He explains the interactions between ancestors, the living, and the dead and examines how communication with the ancestors is strengthened through various techniques and ritual practices. True to Raven's style, the ook includes folklore, legend, and superstition surrounding the topic. Shrines, altars, and offerings are discussed in detail. Ancient practices related to communing with the ancestors are revived, and new rituals are provided, including an exercise to lead readers into the "cavern of the ancestors" through guided imagery. Sacred sites, power places, special portals to the ancients, reincarnation, and the "restless dead who are still bound to the earth realm"--he covers it all.

Book excerpt: The gospel of Christ is a gospel of peace, yet Christianity has not escaped the specter of religious violence. The legacy of the church has not only been one of patient suffering and forgiving love but also of brutal bloodshed. With tensions between Christians and non-Christians on the rise in many areas of the world, the question of how the church is to respond to religious violence is a pressing one, encompassing issues of ecclesiology, theology, and missiology. Dr. Mipo E. Dadang explores the contextual realities that have led some believers in Northern Nigeria to embrace violence as a justifiable response to persecution. Drawing on extensive interviews, he provides an overview of the history of the church in the region, the impact of local theologies and traditions on mindsets and behaviors, and the insight of local believers into the catalysts, and solutions, to violent conflict. Alongside this phenomenological study, he provides a powerful biblical and theological foundation for understanding bloodshed as a violation of God’s created order. He weaves together biblical teachings, the example of the early church, and the theology of Martin Luther to demonstrate that the people of God are called to reject, prevent, and eliminate violence, replacing it with creative alternatives. This deeply powerful book has implications for every Christian seeking to live out the gospel of Christ in peaceful co-existence with their neighbors.

This pathbreaking anthology includes both classic and contemporary literary works from ten New England indigenous nations: the Abenaki, Maliseet, Mi’kmaq, Mohegan, Narragansett, Nipmuc, Passamaquoddy, Penobscot, Schaghticoke, and Wampanoag. Through literary collaboration and recovery, Siobhan Senier and Native tribal historians and scholars have crafted a unique volume covering a variety of genres and historical periods. From the earliest petroglyphs and petitions to contemporary stories and hip-hop poetry, this volume highlights the diversity and strength of New England Native literary traditions. Dawnland Voices introduces readers to the compelling and unique literary heritage in New England, banishing the misconception that “real” Indians and their traditions vanished from that region centuries ago.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A multi-country research initiative to understand poverty from the eyes of the poor, the Voices of the Poor project was undertaken to inform the World Bank's activities and the upcoming World Development Report 2000/01. The research findings are being published in three books: "Can Anyone Hear Us?" gathers the voices of over 40,000 poor women and men in 50 countries from the World Bank's participatory poverty assessments (Deepa Narayan, Raj Patel, Kai Schafft, Anne Rademacher, and Sarah Koch-Schulte, authors). "Crying Out for Change" pulls together new field work conducted in 1999 in 23 countries (Deepa Narayan, Robert Chambers, Meera Shah, and Patti Petesch, authors). "From Many Lands" offers regional patterns and country case-studies (Deepa Narayan and Patti Petesch, editors). Voices of the Poor marks the first time such an exercise has been undertaken in so many developing countries and transition economies around the world. It provides a unique and detailed picture of the life of the poor and explains the constraints poor people face to escape from poverty in a way that more traditional survey techniques do not capture well. Each of the three volumes demonstrates the importance of voice and power in poor people's definition of poverty. Voices of the Poor concludes that we need to expand our conventional views of poverty which focus on income expenditure, education, and health to include measures of voice and empowerment.
