Book excerpt: Esta edición presenta el Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2011, de 14 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público (BOE n.o 276, de 16 de noviembre de 2011), con entrada en vigor el 16 de diciembre de 2011. Con él queda derogada la Ley 30/2007, de 30 de octubre, de Contratos del Sector Público, y el Libro II, Título V, Capítulo IV del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos de las Administraciones Públicas, además de preceptos de otras disposiciones. A la redacción del articulado se le han añadido los límites de los distintos tipos de contratos a efectos de la contratación del sector público a partir del 1 de enero de 2012, establecidos por la Orden EHA/3.479/2011, de 19 de diciembre. Como apéndice se incluye la Recomendación de la Junta Consultiva de Contratación Administrativa sobre contenido básico de los pliegos de cláusulas administrativas particulares comunes para todo tipo de contratos administrativos, de 25 de abril de 2008. Además, se incorpora una tabla de concordancias o correspondencias entre el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público y las normas refundidas en él. Las más de 500 notas a pie de página ofrecen referencias internas y textos de los artículos de otras normas mencionados en el nuevo Texto Refundido. Completan la edición los índices sistemático y analítico de materias, que facilitan la localización de los temas desarrollados por el articulado.
