Theoretical models based on the use of group theory are applied to rigid and non-rigid molecules, characterized by the phenomenon of tunneling and large amplitude motions. The calculation of vibration-rotation energy levels and the analysis of infrared transitions are applied to molecules of ammonia (NH3) and methane (CH4). The applications show how interactions at the molecular scale modify the near and mid-infrared spectra of isolated molecules, under the influence of the pressure of a nano-cage (the substitution site of a rare gas matrix, clathrate, fullerene or zeolite) or a surface, and allow us to identify the characteristics of the perturbing environment. Nous avons par ailleurs veillé à assurer une cohérence étroite entre notre formalisme et le formalisme tensoriel tétraédrique préexistant. Nous présentons également une correspondance entre nos paramètres et ceux qui interviennent usuellement dans les traitements classiques. Un ensemble de programmes que nous avons réécrits ou adaptés, nous permet de traiter les données expérimentales et d'effectuer des analyses. Un exemple d'application, la réanalyse de la diade v3/v6 de CHD3, a été détaillé. Les résultats obtenus constituent une validation de notre formalisme. Nous avons également entrepris une analyse plus complexe qui fait intervenir la triade (2v3/v3+v6/2v6-v3/v6) ainsi que le système de bandes chaudes (2v3/v3+v6/2v6-v3/v6). Nous en présentons une étude qualitative préliminaire.
