Governor Kean applauds the teachers in attendance by asking "who can tell where your influence leads." He goes to state that no one can put a measure on creativity. And finally to the students in attendance, Governor Kean speaks of his pride in them who have shown the value and joys of creativity from by however they have moved their audiences and elevated their spirits.
