Il volume effettua, quindi, in un’ottica penalistica d’impresa, un’analisi quanto più dettagliata ed operativa del quadro normativo/sanzionatorio scaturito dall’emergenza epidemica in atto, così da fornire, da un lato, un’interpretazione sistematica delle norme e, dall’altro, “spunti operativi” che agevolino le imprese nel difficile compito di apprestare gli strumenti necessari per tutelare la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori rispetto al contenimento del rischio di contagio da COVID-19, anche in relazione all’utilizzo di sistemi digitali di “contact tracing”.
