E la sensibilità generale sull’importanza di una simile conoscenza è talmente cresciuta che, per esempio in Francia, tra i programmi del presidente Sarkozy è previsto l’inserimento della disciplina nelle scuole di ogni ordine e grado. È dunque quanto mai cruciale che la Bella Italia metta a frutto il proprio vantaggio in questo ambito, che va dunque esaltato e non svilito, come avviene da troppi decenni.
