Estos puestos serán el de chofer de dumper, artillero, encargado de cantera, encargado de nave, palista, gruista, operario de corte con hilo diamantado, labrador, serrador, rajador, embalador, cortador y descargador de carros. Se identificarán los riesgos para posteriormente puedan ser evaluados mediante un proceso dirigido a estimar la magnitud de aquellos que no hayan podido evitarse, para así poder tomar la decisión de que medidas preventivas adoptar, y para eso se debe de tener en cuenta la normativa vigente, sobretodo el Reglamento General de Normas Básicas de Seguridad Minera. Es destacable sobre el Reglamento General de Normas Básicas de Seguridad Minera, la obligatoriedad por parte de la empresa en materia formativa de prevención, ya que los trabajadores deben de recibir una formación específica para la tarea que van a desempeñar en la empresa.
