Por fim, conclui que o paradigma restaurativo e consensual oferece maiores possibilidades de uma efetiva resolução pacífica dos conflitos, ao inserir os envolvidos e a comunidade em um ambiente de diálogo e aproximação com vistas ao entendimento duradouro.
