The brochure says in part: ''Periodically, you will meet with the Governor to discuss matters of mutual interest and concern. And, at least once a year, you will be invited to private meetings with the Governor and nationally recognized public figures to explore issues affecting public policy at the state and Federal levels. "You will be invited to a number of state meetings each year and will have the opportunity to meet informally with Cabinet officials and members of the Legislature for policy round-tables.''
