Analysiert werden einerseits die Vorteile fur eine Gesellschaft, die sich dem "diversity"-Gedanken verpflichtet fuhlt, andererseits aber auch die Herausforderungen, die mit der Umsetzung dieses gesellschaftspolitischen Ansatzes verbunden sind.
