Book excerpt: Combo for Reiki attunements to Cleanse Negative Entities, increases energy protection and Reiki levels 1, 2, 3 (A-B), to balance the body and mind.Pioneer in its model, using technology for distance healing treatment through programmed audios. A method based on the intuitive power of the universe. Through this ability, the body acquires health, increases happiness in life and peace of mind. As Usui says in an interview, it's not like a psychological treatment method or hypnosis or any other kind of mental method. There is no need for consent or admiration. It doesn't matter if you doubt, reject or deny. The mission is to guide to a peaceful and happy life, to heal others, to improve the happiness of others and ourselves. Most readers will learn the benefit after the first treatment, so they will believe the method.Distance healing treatment with Reiki is a complementary healing resource for the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental body, which helps to balance the chakras, increasing the well-being and health of those who receive it. It can be done from anywhere on the planet, with no limit distance. It follows the principle that we are all connected and filled with forces and energies that we can use for healing and well being. The energy sent at a distance is the same applied locally with the presence of the person, what changes is only the technique and the form of connection. By pressing Play, magic happens, this act activates the Reiki Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen symbol, along with my programming of imagination, invocation and conscious intention, going beyond the limits of time, directing towards you!!

Book excerpt: Walter Lubeck describes in a clear concise fashion a method of treatment which--irrespective of all challenges, obstacles or legal restrictions--offers therapeutic possibilities in the face of the challenges confronting naturopathy and empirical medicine today. This book will help to broaden the knowledge thus gained and provide more insight into Reiki so that it may be applied with greater ease and care. This book is especially commendable as it establishes connections between Reiki and biological medicine by pointing out combinations possible with herbal extracts, homeopathiic preparations, Schussler salts, and the spagyric remedies which have been rediscovered. The combined action of Reiki energy and natural medicinal substances, some of which have been known from time immemorial, speed up and improve the therapeutic effect to a considerable degree.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The authors discuss the religious spiritual healing practice Reiki, revealing components of it that help transform the message held by the alleged life-force called reiki energy into meaning expressed in efficacy for the recipient's body, mind and spirit. Components that are analyzed include but are not limited to, touch, symbols, initiation, and precepts. The practitioner's surrender to a combination of internal and external authority - with reiki energy being part of that - is a crux in Reiki practice and one means with which practitioners speak of beneficial effect. This work contributes to academic knowledge about how practicing a religious or spiritual practice may contribute to one's well-being and flourishing life. Moreover, it explores the question of the nature of Reiki in academic definitions of religion.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Exploring several utopian imaginaries and practices, A Place for Utopia ties different times together from the early twentieth century to the present, the biographical and the anthropological, the cultural and the conjunctional, South Asia, Europe, and North America. It charts the valency of "utopia" for understanding designs for alternative, occluded, vernacular, or emergent urbanisms in the last hundred years. Central to the designs for utopia in this book are the themes of gardens, children, spiritual topographies, death, and hope. From the vitalist urban plans of the Scottish polymath Patrick Geddes in India to the Theosophical Society in Madras and the ways in which it provided a context for a novel South Indian garden design; from the visual, textual, and ritual designs of Californian Vedanta from the 1930s to the present; to the spatial transformations associated with post-1990s highways and rapid transit systems in Bangalore that are shaping an emerging “Indian New Age” of religious and somatic self-styling, Srinivas tells the story of contrapuntal histories, the contiguity of lives, and resonances between utopian worlds that are generative of designs for cultural alternatives and futures.

This book was released on 2018-07-27 with total page 168 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Reiki is a scientific art of healing that is used to work on various types of problems. This is an art of re-establishing the lost harmony or balance in the system or even in the eco-system. This is very easy to learn and at the same time, very effective to practice. It is beyond any faith or belief. Many teach this system of healing and as a result, there are many books written by various masters on this system. Also, There were many healing systems prevailing since ages, but in those days, recording of teachings by writing was not common, majority of people used to remember the teachings and transmit them forward in the same way. This is the reason why, during the course of time, a number of streams were created in the Reiki teaching methods. These streams are known as traditions of Reiki and each tradition is equally authentic as its roots are in the Reiki method that was initially taught by Dr. Mikao Usui. Today many branches of Reiki are seen to exist, though there are two major traditions, respectively Traditional Japanese Reiki and Western Reiki. The specialty of this book is that it gives most detailed and scientific account of things taught at each level of Reiki, with the actual detailed study material of Reiki 1-2-3 levels. As a Reiki teacher, I have been training people with Reiki and even training people to become Reiki teachers and Grand Masters since 1996, yet, let me admit that the quest into such sciences is always ongoing. Whenever I come across something new, some new information about the methods or some new questions asked by the seekers that may be unasked questions of masses, I revise the study material used at that time, to make it more perfect; as many other teachers doing research work into Reiki. This is how, now I am in a position to present this latest version of the study material of Reiki 1-2-3. I am sure all the Reiki practitioners and teachers are going to find it most scientific in approach, with authentic details and exhaustive material. I would love to see the Reiki seekers benefit with this book. Author: Dr. Rekhaa Kale 9820044254 / 9870044254 [email protected] This book will tell you how the process of healing goes, yet, to be able to heal that way, one certainly needs an initiation that enables a healer to heal in the given ways. If one tries to heal without getting initiated, one may get some results in the be giving, but later, one may start feeling depleted as here, one may be giving one's own energy instead of the universal life force to which one is connected only after initiation. So, Receiving Reiki initiation is absolutely necessary for practicing Reiki effectively. This is a fully revised version of the study material for the students of Usui Shiki Ryoho 1-2-3. Here you will find a detailed explanation of every topic that needs to be covered during the training of these three levels. Students can refer to this material as their notes of these levels of Reiki. If you are not a Reiki healer, you may purchase this book, read it, experience the results of some of the methods taught here, and then choose to get initiated into Reiki by contacting the author. The author also provides distance initiation of Reiki at all the levels where this material is used as a study material and further instructions are given over skype and mails or phone.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This study analyzes ritual and domestic water use in a rural and an urban community in West Java, Indonesia. This is an area where water quantity and quality is a problem. The focus is on people who live at the edge of Citarum River, one of the most polluted rivers in the world. Most people there are Muslim. What is the relation between people's perceptions of pollution (of Upper Citarum River) and purification (in Islamic teaching) and their practices of water use. It studies the perceptions of pollution and purification of Sundanese Muslims in West Java and the effects of those perceptions on practices of domestic and ritual water use. Making a discourse analysis of local narratives the study argues that most people don't see pollution as problematic. For them it has become normal. They make a distinction between clean water (in medical sense) and pure water (in ritual sense).
