Finalmente los capítulos V a VIII que integran la Parte Tercera del trabajo, están destinados, respectivamente, al estudio del domicilio de la mujer casada, del hijo legítimo, del esclavo manumitido y del colono privado bajoimperial que constituyeron los sujetos pasivos típicos de las limitaciones a la libertad domiciliaria derivadas de las relaciones entre las personas o entre las personas y sus bienes.
