A lo largo del contenido de este libro se tratara sobre el desconocimiento de los usuarios, la falta de responsabilidad de proveedores de servicios en internet y la necesidad de una actualización de los defensores del derecho, surgiendo así un análisis crítico jurídico sobre la vulneración de los derechos fundamentales existentes en redes sociales, que evidencia la necesidad de regularización de la utilización de las redes sociales y valoración jurídica de la propuesta de Ley que regula los actos de odio y discriminación en redes sociales e internet.

La importancia del Tribunal Constitucional en sus pronunciamientos sobre las libertades mencionadas, el cual se precisa para concluir con una visión crítica, ante los problemas que sobre estas libertades se proyectan. Pues, estamos ante una situación en la que el control de estas noticias falsas a través del Estado puede llevar a cabo la vulneración de los derechos constitucionales como la libertad de expresión u opinión, la libertad de comunicación y la difusión de una información verídica.
