Não podemos deixar de destacar o aspecto extremamente absurdo do descompasso existente entre as leis e as medidas oficiais e a realidade social na qual vivemos e para tentarmos entender o porquê de tantas injustiças, negligências, violações de direitos e descaso diário pelos direitos humanos.
