Book excerpt: Este trabalho discutiu a produção de subjetividade entre trabalhadores de uma área de acampamento do Rio Grande do Norte, tomando o Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra (MST) como um agente privilegiado desse processo que busca produzir um modelo subjetivo específico, através de seus princípios organizativos. Entende-se que a produção de subjetividade refere-se às condições de gestação de uma experiência subjetiva que pode transcorrer entre as formas de reprodução de modelos dominantes das relações sociais, como também de criação de espaços de ruptura que redefinem o campo social. Utilizou-se de um roteiro de entrevista semi-estruturada junto a moradores do Acampamento Garavelo II, localizado no município de Pureza, bem como observou-se as práticas cotidianas desse grupo. Os dados, analisados à luz da perspectiva metodológica das práticas discursivas (Spink e Medrado, 2000) e das práticas cotidianas (Certeau, 1996), sugerem que os trabalhadores acampados oscilam entre a reprodução e a reapropriação do modelo subjetivo proposto pelo MST e inauguram, por meio de suas práticas cotidianas, táticas que permitem resistir na área ocupada, estejam elas ou não em conformidade com as diretrizes do movimento ou do instituto da propriedade privada. Considera-se que nesse processo emergem, mesmo que precariamente, produções subjetivas singulares.
