El punto central es que las relaciones intersistémicas en el derecho son relaciones jurídicas intertextuales cuyas condiciones y caracteres son decididos por cada ordenamiento. Esta obra va dirigida a los juristas. En especial, a los interesados en la teoría del derecho, en el derecho internacional público y privado y en el derecho europeo.
