A democratização das tecnologias a informação e da comunicação, apesar da sua já real existência enfrenta diversos desafios, como o tempo de inserção das inovações, a superação das dificuldades físicas e da escassez de recursos necessários à sua implantação e ainda a decisão sobre a escolha de metodologias de trabalho adequadas às demandas do processo de ensino aprendizagem. Acredita-se, portanto, que é imprescindível um tempo de construção de uma cultura colaborativa que potencialize o uso e o acesso às ferramentas disponíveis nas plataformas e sistemas de forma a compatibilizá-las com os objetivos educacionais.

They also take a close look at the use and effects of language in virtual spaces, implying it has the ability to construct/mis-construct reality in this postmodern world, arguing there is a need for a new environmental ethic post-pandemic.
