Os resultados obtidos demonstraramque o Programa tem, como uma de suas metas estabelecer a Gestão de pessoaspor Competências, pois seu objetivo não é trabalhar por desempenho. Foi definido oProcesso Crítico transferência e absorção de informação e de conhecimento para aidentificação das Redes Sociais Informais de Informação e o mapeamento dascompetências de grupo, uma vez que este permeia todos os demais processos. Umacontribuição teórica relevante foi a análise e discussão dos conceitos relativos àcompetência de grupo, processos de aprendizagem nas organizações e RedesSociais Informais. Entre as implicações práticas dessa pesquisa, constatou-se queas Redes Sociais podem apoiar os gerentes do Programa, na construção de práticasque possam facilitar o processo de transferência e absorção de informação e deconhecimento. Além disso, essas redes podem promover o compartilhamento e adisseminação dessas informações entre os funcionários envolvidos neste processo, a fim de criar um ambiente de interação e socialização, objetivando o alcance daaprendizagem na organização. Conclui-se que os resultados podem contribuir etrazer informações relevantes no que diz respeito aos processos de AprendizagemOrganizacional. Especificamente no que se refere às estratégias subsidiadas pormeio do mapeamento das competências de grupo das Redes Sociais Informais deInformação cujo objetivo é o de facilitar o gerenciamento dos processos deaprendizagem, transferência e absorção de conhecimento.
