Para concluir, se ha conseguido reducir un 85% del gasto económico y un 30% del gasto energético referente a la facturación eléctrica anual.

Book excerpt: El objetivo del presente proyecto es realizar el estudio de la reforma energética de un edificio de viviendas, proponiendo mejoras concretas y analizando su viabilidad técnica, económica y ambiental. Con dicho propósito, se ha tenido en cuenta la evaluación energética del edificio, donde se caracteriza la demanda de calefacción, refrigeración y ACS además de las emisiones de CO2. Dicha evaluación se realiza mediante el software CE3X, reconocido por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo y se obtiene una clasificación correspondiente a la letra "F", disponiendo, por lo tanto, de muchas posibilidades de mejora. Por otra parte, también se han tenido en cuenta las demandas de referencia establecidas por documentos oficiales como el Código Técnico de la Edificación o el Decreto de Ecoeficiencia. Para llevar a cabo la mejora del rendimiento energético del edificio, se plantea la instalación de bombas de calor de aerotermia en cada piso y la incorporación de una instalación de energía solar térmica o energía solar fotovoltaica como apoyo a dichas bombas. Por otro lado también se estudia la incorporación de una instalación solar fotovoltaica para cubrir la demanda de porteros automáticos, antena de televisión y luminaria común del edificio. Realizando la comparación entre una instalación solar térmica y una instalación solar fotovoltaica, se llega a la conclusión de que es más viable realizar la segunda opción debido a la naturaleza de la energía producida, lo que hace más fácil su reaprovechamiento para otros fines. Una vez diseñadas dichas reformas e instalaciones, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis técnico de los resultados, un estudio de viabilidad económica y uno de viabilidad medioambiental.

Book excerpt: El objetivo de este proyecto es la mejora de la eficiencia energética de la vivienda este objetivo me viene por una estancia en Alemania donde todas las viviendas están concebidas para obtener la máxima eficiencia y por consiguiente ahorro una de las cosas que más me llamo la atención fue la implantación de energías renovables ya que las horas de luz son menores a las obtenidas en España por este motivo quise comprobar cuanto se podía mejorar la eficiencia en mi vivienda y si era viable la instalación de energías renovables. En este proyecto se ha dividido en tres grandes bloques. El primero las mejoras energéticas comparando consumos y costes con electrodomésticos actuales en el domicilio y los de más alta clase energética, substituyendo también las bombillas por otras de bajo consumo suprimiendo elementos como la bomba y el depósito subterráneo y dándoles otro uso. Por otro lado se han hecho los cálculos para la instalación de energía solar térmica para ACS y por último se ha hecho el estudio de la instalación de energía fotovoltaica conectada a red, ya que para consumo propio no es rentable sin subvenciones que en este momento están agotadas Con todas estas acciones se ha conseguido un ahorro de 637€ anuales para el primer apartado con una contribución económica prácticamente nula como se detalla en el informe amortizada desde el primer año, y para la solar térmica con un ahorro anual de 543,53 € y una amortización en poco más de 8 años, para la instalación fotovoltaica por el contrario la amortización será en poco más de 21 años debido a que la tenemos que financiar siendo inviable su instalación por el momento ya que la vida útil se estima en 25 años y con los años va perdiendo eficacia la instalación.

S'aplicarà el mètode íntegre en un habitatge unifamiliar (masia Serdet), situada a Vilanova i la Geltrú, amb la finalitat de demostrar la funcionalitat del mètode.

The book develops the general principles that underlie qualitative choice models that are now being applied in numerous fields in addition to transportation, such as housing, labor, energy, communications, and criminology. The general form, derivation, and estimation of qualitative choice models are explained, and the major models - logit, probit, and GEV - are discussed in detail. And continuous/discrete models are introduced. In these, qualitative choice methods and standard regression techniques are combined to analyze situations that neither alone can accurately forecast. Summarizing previous research on auto demand, the book shows how qualitative choice methods can be used by applying them to specific auto-related decisions as the aggregate of individuals' choices. The simulation model that is constructed is a significant improvement over older models, and should prove more useful to agencies and organizations requiring accurate forecasting of auto demand and use for planning and policy development. The book concludes with an actual case study based on a model designed for the investigations of the California Energy Commission.
