Dans ce contexte de survie, les entreprises doivent se démarquer de leurs concurrents. La transmission des compétences favorise le développement de la formation interne avec ses divers dispositifs. C'est ainsi que le concept de transfert de compétences s'établit et ce, grâce à la mise à disposition de moyens et d'actions propres à la GRH. Le transfert de compétences oeuvré par la fonction Ressources Humaines via la formation interne pourrait apporter aux entreprises une performance. En relevant l'importance du rôle des salariés dans la productivité et la rentabilité, la formation interne serait un facteur dégageant une performance concernant l'entreprise et les salariés. Cette performance assurera un avantage concurrentiel et une pérennité pour l'entreprise tandis que pour les salariés, le bien-être. Par conséquent, l'intérêt de l'étude consiste à comprendre la cohérence entre le transfert de compétences et la performance de l'entreprise ainsi que des salariés avec la contribution des pratiques de GRH influencées par l'environnement.
