This provides individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) access to programs and services provided by the American Job Centers and Nebraska Department of Labor (NDOL) offices on an equitable basis. This plan is applicable to all entities in the NDOL Office of Employment and Training (OET) that receive federal financial assistance, and any subrecipients of such funds. This plan reflects the LEP needs for Wagner-Peyser and Veterans operations statewide and in all local offices" (page 3).
