Os beneficiarios imediatos deste novo modelo sao as familias rurais selecionadas e a sociedade em geral, uma vez que, ao tornar-se o assentado um gerente do agronegocio, resolve-se as questoes fundiarias e os conflitos sociais, tornando o assentamento nao mais um problema social, mas um indutor do desenvolvimento sustentavel.
