Emmanuel has served as a dietician at Ridge Hospital, Princess Marie Louise Children's Hospital and the Volta River Authority Clinic in Accra, Ghana. He also worked with the 37 Military Hospital, Ghana, as a dietician and as an instructor for students on clinical placement. Emmanuel has also served as a community nutrition officer for the World Food Programme and with UNICEF Ghana, where he was involved in projects aimed at improving maternal and child nutrition.---------Keiron Audain, RN, PhD---------Dr Keiron Audain holds a PhD in Human Nutrition from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
