Hierzu wird im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit vorwiegend auf kognitive Unterschiede zwischen Mensch und künstlicher Intelligenz eingegangen. Dabei wird betrachtet, ob künstliche Intelligenz dazu in der Lage ist, eigenständig zu denken bzw. ob von denkenden Maschinen gesprochen werden kann. Anschließend beschäftigt sich diese Arbeit mit dem Thema des Verständnisses und ob künstliche Intelligenz, so wie der Mensch dazu fähig ist, in der Lage ist, ein eigenständiges Verständnis zu entwickeln. Weiterhin thematisiert das erste Kapitel, ob KI Intelligenz aufweisen kann bzw. dazu imstande ist, ein eigenständiges Bewusstsein zu entwickeln. Ebenso setzt sich der zweite Teil der vorliegenden Arbeit nicht mit kognitiven, sondern mit moralisch-verantwortungsvollen Unterschieden zwischen Mensch und künstlicher Intelligenz auseinander und geht den Unterschieden nach, ob KI Verantwortung übernehmen kann bzw. dazu in der Lage ist, eigene Moralvorstellungen aufzuweisen. Gleichzeitig wird hierbei jeweils die Frage verfolgt, welche wesentlichen Unterschiede zwischen dem Menschen und der künstlichen Intelligenz bestehen und ob die in dieser Arbeit angeführten Unterschiede überwindbar oder grundsätzlich unüberwindbar sind. Ein abschließendes Fazit fasst die in der Arbeit herausgestellten Ergebnisse zusammen und versucht, auf die eingangs gestellte Frage eine Antwort zu geben. „Computers are machines and there are a lot of things maschines can’t do. But there are a lot of things I can’t do” (Dretske 1985, 23).

Book excerpt: Taking human factors into account, a visual servoing approach aims to facilitate robots with real-time situational information to accomplish tasks in direct and proximate collaboration with people. A hybrid visual servoing algorithm, a combination of the classical position-based and image-based visual servoing, is applied to the whole task space. A model-based tracker monitors the human activities, via matching the human skeleton representation and the image of people in image. Grasping algorithms are implemented to compute grasp points based on the geometrical model of the robot gripper. Whilst major challenges of human-robot interactive object transfer are visual occlusions and making grasping plans, this work proposes a new method of visually guiding a robot with the presence of partial visual occlusion, and elaborate the solution to adaptive robotic grasping.
