Currently, Phil is a faculty member at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and serves as the Executive Director for their Family Business Forum. Phil has consulting experience on both sides of the small business growth and capitalization equation - small businesses seeking capital and individuals seeking investment opportunities in entrepreneurial enterprises.
