La recherche de la définition du résultat ainsi que de son rôle au sein de l'infraction est donc menée dans l'objectif essentiel de proposer une construction théorique harmonieuse et en adéquation avec le droit positif, c'est-à-dire avec les textes d'incrimination, tels qu'ils sont appliqués et interprétés par les juges répressifs. La présence, tout comme l'absence du résultat parmi les composantes de l'infraction n'est jamais indifférente, aussi bien en termes de technique juridique que de politique criminelle. L'approche donnée ici de la notion de résultat, qui se veut la plus rationnelle possible, a pour but de contribuer à faire mieux apparaître son intérêt primordial tant pour l'analyse du droit pénal d'aujourd'hui que pour la construction du droit pénal de demain."

Even so, he shows convincingly that normal young men can end up terrorists, and suggests how and why this happens. Moussaoui shows with gripping clarity how Wahhabism distorts true Islamic faith and the threat it poses to Islam. And his book strongly suggests that the best defense against terrorist groups like the Wahhabi sect in the future is anything people can do to end racism.
