Ces indications orthodontiques et ortho-chirurgicales auront une solution prothétique simple si elles sont précédées d'un traitement d'orthodontie, combiné ou non à une chirurgie des maxillaires. Des cas cliniques associant des traitements orthodontiques de décompensation, pour certains accompagnés de mini-vis d'ancrage, suivis d'une chirurgie et d'une réhabilitation prothétique seront présentés dans ce mémoire. En conclusion, la combinaison de toutes les disciplines permet pour le patient, un gain esthétique et fonctionnel considérable. Le traitement nécessite une organisation méticuleuse, mais les résultats obtenus justifient ce déroulement complexe, à la chronologie rigoureuse.
