Notre colloque des 24 et 25 février 2003, à l'Assemblée Nationale et à l'ENSTA, a réuni les meilleurs experts militaires et civils dont les interventions sont rassemblées dans cet ouvrage, très complet, véritable référence à qui s'intéresse à notre Armée de l'Air.
