As to the glimpse of the survey and interview results, Since the Philippines is composed of islands, so Filipinos do have different cultures and beliefs that's why our leaders pointed out in both survey and interview that they prioritized making a comfortable workspace for everyone even in the event of everyone's differences. Thus, building relationships is needed for a harmonious workspace. One thing is for sure leaders create/choose paths to share a lesson, it will open a learning opportunity and as the respondent said “Challenges, changes somebody's perception over things”. Generally, the leadership style of one leader/manager is not automatically will fit into a different organization.
