Nuestra investigación, aunque se dirija fundamentalmente a conseguir apoderarnos del aspecto y la naturaleza jurídica de los títulos-acciones, debe inspirarse, por necesidad, en las concepciones políticas y económicas generales del legislador, e insertarse en el cuadro de la reforma de las sociedades por acciones que se halla en vías de realización.
