La trayectoria de este sector ha venido marcada por un fuerte compromiso con la innovación, lo que ha supuesto el desarrollo y el prestigio del mismo dentro de España y fuera de nuestras fronteras, consolidando su rol protagonista en el crecimiento económico y la competitividad del país. Por lo anterior, este trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo analizar la actividad innovadora de las empresas que componen el sector de la automoción en España para determinar cómo ha influido la innovación en su desarrollo y actividad. Para alcanzar este objetivo se analizó la evolución general de la actividad innovadora del sector, así como una muestra de 219 empresas que desempeñan esta actividad económica. Estas empresas fueron analizadas en términos de su inversión en I+D, su compromiso con la innovación, los resultados innovadores y los objetivos y barreras del proceso innovador. In this event, participants will have the opportunity to have access to the latest research and developments concerning Gender Research and after an initial submission of 180 Abstracts, there will be 62 Research Papers, 8 PhD Research Papers, 2 Masters Papers, 1 Non-Academic and 4 Work in Progress Paper published in these Conference Proceedings.
