Book excerpt: A PARTIR D'UNE ANALYSE DE L'INSCRIPTION DE LA FORMATION PROFESSIONNELLE CONTINUE DANS LE RAPPORT SALARIAL ET SES TRANSFORMATIONS, ON MONTRE LA DIVERSITE D4S ESPACES ET DES MODALITES CONCRETES DE CODIFICATION DES RELATIONS ENTRE TRAVAIL ET FORMATION DANS LA PRODUCTION DES QUALIFICATIONS. S'IL EST INCONTESTABLE QUE CETTE INSCRIPTION REVELE LES SPECIFICITES FRANCAISES DU SYSTEME DE FORMATION CONTINUE, EN COHERENCE AVEC LA PREDOMINANCE DES MARCHE INTERNES DU TRAVAIL, LE SECTEUR DES INDUSTRIES CHIMIQUES ET L'ENTREPRISE APPARAISSENT COMME DES LIEUX DE CONSTRUCTION DE RAPPORTS SALARIAUX ORIGINAUX CORRESPONDANT A DES FORMES INSTITUTIONNELLES INTERMEDIAIRES ET MICROECONOMIQUES DU TRAVAIL ET DE LA FORMATION. EN RECONNAISSANT L'AUTONOMIE PARTIELLE DONT BENEFICIENT LES NIVEAUX MESO ET MICORECONOMIQUES POUR CREER LEURS PROPRES CODES, IL S'AGIT DE COMPRENDRE LES PROCESSUS DE CREATION DE REGLES DIFFERENCIEES, ET ARTICULEES, QUI ASSURENT L'HOMOGENEISATION RELATIVE DES RAPPORTS SALARIAUX EN CHIMIE ET DANS L'ENTREPRISE. LA PRODUCTION DE REGLES ASSOCIANT TRAVAIL ET FORMATION REND COMPTE DES PROCEDURES ROUTINIERES, FORMELLES ET INFORMELLES, D'ACQUISITION DES QUALIFICATIONS. LA FORMATION PERMANENETE SE TROUVE ALORS ETROITEMENT LIEE A CES PROCEDURES. SUR CETTE BASE, UNE ANALYSE DES TRANSFORMATIONS ACTUELLES DES REGLES DU TRAVAIL ET DE LA FORMATION PERMET D'APPORTER UN ECLAIRAGE SUR LES MUTATIONS ENDOGENES DU RAPPORT SALARIAL ET DE SES INSTITUTIONS, DANS LESQUELLES LA FORMATION CONTINUE ACQUIERT UNE DIMENSION CENTRALE.

Book Synopsis La Flexibilisation Du Rapport Salarial Et la Formation Continue by : Nora Alleki
Download or read book La Flexibilisation Du Rapport Salarial Et la Formation Continue written by Nora Alleki and published by Omniscriptum. This book was released on 2010-10 with total page 392 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

To what extent have European countries converged or diverged with EU-wide economic and social indicators over the past 20 years? What have been the drivers of convergence? Why do some countries lag behind, while others experience continuous upward convergence? Why are these trajectories not always linear? Particular attention is paid to the role of institutions, actors and industrial relations – focusing on the resources and strategies of governments, employers and trade unions – in nudging EU countries onto an upward convergence path.

Book Synopsis PROMOTION DE LA SANTE ET AUTONOMISATION DANS LE CONTEXTE AFRICAIN by : David HouŽto
Download or read book PROMOTION DE LA SANTE ET AUTONOMISATION DANS LE CONTEXTE AFRICAIN written by David HouŽto and published by Lulu.com. This book was released on 2014-02-26 with total page 327 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
Book Synopsis Handbook of Land and Water Grabs in Africa by : John Anthony Allan
Download or read book Handbook of Land and Water Grabs in Africa written by John Anthony Allan and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2012-09-10 with total page 514 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: According to estimates by the International Land Coalition based at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), 57 million hectares of land have been leased to foreign investors since 2007. Current research has focused on human rights issues related to inward investment in land but has been ignorant of water resource issues and the challenges of managing scarce water. This handbook will be the first to address inward investment in land and its impact on water resources in Africa. The geographical scope of this book will be the African continent, where land has attracted the attention of risk-taking investors because much land is under-utilised marginalized land, with associated water resources and rapidly growing domestic food markets. The successful implementation of investment strategies in African agriculture could determine the future of more than one billion people. An important factor to note is that Sub-Saharan Africa will, of all the continents, be hit hardest by climate change, population growth and food insecurity. Sensible investment in agriculture is therefore needed, however, at what costs and at whose expense? The book will also address the livelihoods theme and provide a holistic analysis of land and water grabbing in Sub-Saharan Africa. Four other themes will addressed: politics, economics, environment and the history of land investments in Sub-Saharan Africa. The editors have involved a highly diverse group of around 25 expert researchers, who will review the pro and anti-investment arguments, geopolitics, the role of capitalist investors, the environmental contexts and the political implications of, and reasons for, leasing millions of hectares in Sub-Saharan Africa. To date, there has been no attempt to review land investments through a suite of different lenses, thus this handbook will differ significantly from existing research and publication. The editors are Tony Allan, (Professor Emeritus, Department of Geography, School of Oriental and African Studies and King’s College London); Jeroen Warner (Assistant Professor, Disaster Studies, University of Wageningen); Suvi Sojamo (PhD Researcher, Water and Development Research Group, Aalto University); and Martin Keulertz (PhD Researcher, Department of Geography, London Water Group, King’s College London).
Download or read book Digital Hustlers written by Casey Kait and published by Harper Collins. This book was released on 2009-03-17 with total page 542 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The commercial and cultural explosion of the digital age may have been born in California's Silicon Valley, but it reached its high point of riotous, chaotic exuberance in New York City from 1995 to 2000—in the golden age of Silicon Alley. In that short stretch of time a generation of talented, untested twentysomethings deluged the city, launching thousands of new Internet ventures and attracting billions of dollars in investment capital. Many of these young entrepreneurs were entranced by the infinite promise of the new media; others seemed more captivated by the promise of infinite profits. The innovations they launched—from online advertising to 24-hour Webcasting—propelled both the Internet and the tech-stock boom of the late '90s. And in doing so they sent the city around them into a maelstrom of brainstorming, code-writing, fundraising, drugs, sex, and frenzied hype . . . until April 2000, when the NASDAQ zeppelin finally burst and fell at their feet. In the pages of Digital Hustlers, Alley insiders Casey Kait and Stephen Weiss have captured the excitement and excesses of this remarkable moment in time. Weaving together the voices of more than fifty of the industry's leading characters, this extraordinary oral history offers a ground-zero look at the birth of a new medium. Here are entrepreneurs like Kevin O'Connor of DoubleClick, Fernando Espuelas of StarMedia, and Craig Kanarick of Razorfish; commentators like Omar Wasow of MSNBC and Jason McCabe Calacanis of the Silicon Alley Reporter; and inimitable Alley characters like party diva Courtney Pulitzer and Josh Harris, the clown prince of Pseudo.com. Together they describe a world of sweatshop programmers and paper millionaires, of cocktail-napkin business plans and billion-dollar IPOs, of spectacular successes and flame-outs alike. Candid and open-eyed, bristling with energy and argument, Digital Hustlers is an unforgettable group portrait of a wildly creative culture caught in the headlights of achievement.
